Fees for Shipping Outside Our Service & Installation Area (Call for Details).
Shipping and handling charges are designed to compensate Dynamic Garage Door for the cost of processing your custom garage door, gate or shutter order, handling and packaging the products you purchased and delivering these items to you. For further information on how these charges are assessed please review the detailed information about our shipping and handling fees. All shipments are insured and any claims are not Dynamic Garage Door’s responsibility; however, we will provide any information required for you to pursue a claim with the shipping agent and also assist you in re-ordering at our usual payment terms and delivery parameters should a replacement order be desired.

Custom Product/Project Cancellation Information
Due to the nature of our customized products, once you have signed a contract and production of your custom order has begun, there is absolutely no returns, refunds or credits issued back to you for any reason should you choose to cancel an established order prior to completion and/or installation.
Project/Product Completion Specifications
All projected delivery/completion product and/or product dates are an estimate. Although we are usually within said dates of completion and/or delivery, we cannot guarantee any situation for which Dynamic Garage Door has no control over of. Some of these situations are, but not limited to, weather inclemencies, natural disasters, production equipment malfunctions, blackouts, inability to begin a project due to lack of a deposit payment and in the case of out of area shipments due to the shipping agents hardships such as road conditions, weather, accidents and so forth and so on which case would be the shipping agent’s responsibility not Dynamic Garage Door.
Disclaimer of Inaccuracies
Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product or service descriptions, pricing and possibly availability. Dynamic Garage Door reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Natural Wood Variance
This applies to all wood species: Mother nature has a unique impact in its influence on the growth and formation of any tree species demonstrating astonishing variances in grain, coloration and the slow, natural decomposition of the mass – wood. Dynamic Garage Door has absolutely no control over the natural elements and therefore cannot take responsibility for the variant results in grain, color and decomposition of any natural wood species used in some of our project products. Stain colors are merely an approximation of an attempt to make a color match; however, an exact match to an existing stained piece of wood is nearly impossible. Dynamic Garage Door does an exceptional job in finding the best match but an exact match is humanly unattainable. Samples of the actual wood to be used in your particular project will be stained and presented to you for color approximation approval. Keep in mind that trying to match any new natural product to existing stained components will vary not only for the aforementioned reasons but also light exposure, weather exposure and age. Don’t be alarmed though, Dynamic Garage Door has made hundreds if not thousands of stain color approximations throughout the years. These natural occurring differences are what make natural wood such a unique and compelling material to use in unique custom projects.
Methods of Payment
Dynamic Garage Door currently accepts the following credit cards as payment: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. Personal checks, money orders and cash. Bounced checks will incur the current service fee at time of return. PRODUCTION OF YOUR PROJECT BEGINS ON THE DAY PAYMENT CLEARS OUR ACCOUNT!
Installation or In-Home Service Specifications
For Garage Door Installation
The garage must be cleared at least ten feet back from the garage door opening towards the back of the garage. A power outlet in accordance to the local building codes must be fully functional and installed no further than three feet from where the automatic opener head will be installed should your installation include an activating device. Dynamic Garage Door is not responsible for moving any items out of the way and is entitled to a trip charge should a scheduled installation be cancelled due to any obstruction found on such date. Rescheduling will be required and the current trip charge amount at time of service will be added to your remaining balance.
For Gate Installation
Should your custom gate require an activating device, an up-to-code outlet is required to be preinstalled within reach of where the activating device will be installed. It is your responsibility to ensure that any pilasters, walls or any structure where any of our gates will be mounted on have been built to code and structurally sound to withstand the weight of our gates and/or activating devices. Since every one of our projects is custom, the weight will vary; however, we will inform you of the mounting weight specifications required for your particular gate. Once you have signed an approval for installation, we will proceed and install as specified but are not responsible for non-code structural warping, sagging or noncompliant structures which we were not contracted to build for you. Any damage, blemishes or destruction of either our gates or activating devices due to such events are not covered by Dynamic Garage Door and you are responsible for any remaining balances and or reorder costs.
